Terms

These are the terms for using pixelbattle.net. They are short because the site is simple: free browser games and a studio website.

What this site is

PixelBattle Studios makes games. This site tells you about them and hosts a set of free games you can play in your browser at /play/ and on the Arcade page. By using the site you agree to these terms.

Playing the games

The games are free. There are no accounts and no sign ups, so there is nothing to register and nothing to pay. We make the games as well as we can, but we offer them as they are, and we cannot promise they will always work or always be available.

Advertising

Some pages show adverts served by Google AdSense, in marked "Advertisement" spaces. We do not choose which adverts you see, and we are not responsible for the sites they lead to. Our privacy page explains what advertising does with your data and how to turn personalised adverts off.

Who owns what

The games, art, music, writing, code, names and logos on this site belong to Ingleby LLC. You are welcome to play the games and to share links to them. Please do not copy or sell our work, or pass it off as yours, without asking us first. Press and creators can use the material in our press kit.

Changes

We may change these terms as the site grows. The current version is always on this page.
